Is 60 ml enough for you?

60 ml is roughly equivalent to three regular pads. Here's how to choose correctly:

Light leakage (drops when sneezing, laughing, or exercising) → more than enough, all day without changing.

Moderate leakage or medium flow period → lasts a full day or night — change as you would regular panties.

Heavy leakage or heavy period days → SilkyDry is a good supplement, but combine with extra protection on those days.

Material & care

Outer fabric in 88% nylon and 12% elastane — soft, flexible, and breathable — feels like regular underwear. Inside is a four-layer absorbent core with liquid barriers on the sides, attached with smooth seams — all less than 3 mm thin. Hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

Care: machine wash at 40°, air dry (do not tumble dry) and skip the fabric softener — it clogs the absorption. This way they last 100+ washes.
