Delivery Terms
Where we deliver
We deliver to Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Shipping is always free.
Delivery time
- Sweden: normally 6–12 business days from order.
- Finland and Denmark: normally about 10 days, at most 12 business days from order.
Delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Some products are shipped directly from our supplier, which is why delivery takes a few days longer than domestic packages. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and an email with a tracking number when the package has been shipped.
Delivery and collection
The package will be delivered to your nearest collection point or in your mailbox depending on its size. You will be notified via SMS or email. Unclaimed packages will be charged SEK 150 per product for shipping and handling.
Delayed delivery
If the package has not arrived within the specified time, please contact us at kundservice-lunebo@outlook.com with your order number, and we will track the shipment and get back to you within one business day.
Customs and VAT
All prices are final. No customs or import duties apply for deliveries within Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
Damaged package or wrong item
Check the package when you receive it. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with pictures of the damage and we will resolve it immediately. Read more under Return & Refund Policy.
