Delivery Terms
Where we deliver
We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping is always free.
Delivery time
- Sweden: normally 6–12 business days from order.
- All other countries: normally 8–14 business days from order.
Delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Our products are shipped directly from our supplier, which is why delivery takes a few days longer than domestic parcels. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and an email with a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.
Delivery and collection
The parcel is delivered to your mailbox, your nearest collection point or your door depending on the country and the size of the parcel. You will be notified by SMS or email. Parcels that are not collected are charged the equivalent of SEK 150 per product for shipping and handling.
Customs and VAT
All prices are final. Our supplier handles import, customs and VAT for each country, so you never pay any fees on delivery.
Delayed delivery
If the parcel has not arrived within the stated time, contact us at kundservice-lunebo@outlook.com with your order number and we will track the shipment and get back to you within one business day.
Damaged parcel or wrong item
Check the parcel when you receive it. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and the packaging and we will resolve it right away. Read more under Return & Refund Policy.
