Terms and Conditions
Lunebo™ is a brand operated by Notion Finance & Commerce AB, corporate identity number 559441-3345, Hunnestad Öster 57, 432 91 Varberg, Sweden. Contact: kundservice-lunebo@outlook.com.
Order and Agreement. An agreement is entered into when you receive the order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious errors in pricing or stock status, and will notify you directly. You must be 18 years old to shop with us.
Prices and Payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency and are final prices. Payment is made via the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is deducted when the order is placed.
Delivery. See our Delivery Terms.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns. See our Return & Refund Policy. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to customers within the EU and the UK.
Complaints. If the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to a new item or a refund according to the consumer protection laws applicable in your country. Please contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery.
Disputes. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Consumers within the EU can also use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Swedish law applies to the agreement, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your home country.
